Connectivity and platform issues plagued the first round of testing on May 14.
The Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority gave students an optional resit exam that was completed yesterday.
Wagga Christian College students were among the hundreds of schools that took up the offer after minor problems interrupted their original test.
The college's principal Phillip Wilson said there were a handful of students who decided to take the second round of testing.
Despite some schools reporting a range of problems during the retake test, the college's students exam went more smoothly.
"The students who decided to resit were the given option to take the test on paper and some said they would like to do that," Mr Wilson said.
"The resit went fantastic for the few students who took up the option."
Mr Wilson said about 200 students participated in the first round of testing, which only had "minor interruptions" in comparison to other schools.
"We alerted the testing authority about the issue and they offered a resit, which about nine students took," he said.
"Any testing we have we are after valid results, but I have no concerns about this year's NAPLAN test.
"I appreciate that the government are working to get the process right and they understand how important the test is. I am confident the in-depth reports will be worth it."
