But, enjoy it while it lasts because the forecast expects the snow to melt away from tomorrow.
Nigel Smedley, technical officer at Wagga BOM office, confirmed another snow day for the southeastern slopes, which also had snowfalls on Sunday and Monday.
"The snow will be falling above 1200 metres later this morning with snow levels lowering to 1700 metres by the evening," Mr Smedley said.
The region has experienced a series of cold fronts throughout the weekend into mid-week, but more stable weather will settle in from Thursday onwards.
While Wagga has not enjoyed white blankets of snow, Mr Smedley said the city has received scattered rainfall.
The bureau recorded 5.2 millimetres of rain overnight, as well as, 7.6 millimetres on Monday.
Over the weekend and on Tuesday traces of rain were received.
Mr Smedley said the city has exceeded its monthly average of rainfall as May comes to an end with 61.2 millimetres received.
"Our average is 50.6 millimetres, so well-above average," he said.
"But, I am sure our farmers will be wanting continuous rain rather than the bits and pieces we have been seeing."
