After winning just one of their first four games, GGGM look destined for a crucial win but late turnovers ensured they squandered two valuable premiership points.
MCUE are yet to lose through five games, but coach Marie Campbell said they were fortunate to keep that record intact.
"We were lucky to get away with the draw to be honest, we were six down in the last quarter," she said.
"We forced a flurry of turnovers and managed to convert those, just in time to grab a draw. Which is better than a loss, but it feels like a loss in some ways.
"They (GGGM) just showed high efficiency in their conversion rate and applied scoreboard pressure from the start.
"We were below our best and we probably missed Mikaela Coles' non stop drive, attacking presence and enormous defensive pressure in centre.
"Credit to Ganmain, they just executed the basics and converted really well."
The result means Collingullie-Glenfield Park is the only team with a perfect record, with four wins from four games.
"We've got the bye next week so we've got plenty of time to work on things and get a bit more practice under our belts," Campbell said.
In other results Leeton Whitton beat Turvey Park, Collingullie-GP accounted for Narrandera 57-34 and Coolamon was too strong for Griffith 44-31.
