Around 600 boys and girls took part in a busy day at Parramore Park as predicted rain stayed at bay on Thursday.
South Wagga Public downed Ashmont Public 18-6 to book their place on the boys finals day.
Sturt Public, after a 10-4 win over Henschke 1, and Lutheran, after a 10-4 win over Lake Albert 2, join them after success in their finals.
South Wagga, Sturt, North Wagga 1, North Wagga 3, Mater Dei 3, Turvey park 2 and Henschke 3 all topped their pools in the girls to progress.
Many were thrilled to have the Raiders watch on days out from the city's second NRL game in 21 years.
Wagga's gala day is the second of eight to be held across the Riverina.
Albury were first cabs off the rank with days planned for Griffith, Leeton, Tumut, Young, Junee and Temora before the final at Wagga on June 11.
