The Thunder continued their undefeated start to the season by scoring the last four tries at Nixon Park.
Coach Adrian Purtell was thrilled with another strong defensive effort.
"That's a credit to the boys, they're showing a lot of character and they're showing that they're willing to work for each other, which you can build a successful season off," Purtell said.
Keanau Wighton crossed for a first-half double to help the visitors to a 14-6 lead at the break.
Temora shocked Southcity to start the season but there was to be no second half comeback this time around as Luke Ingram crossed early in the second half before tries to James Girdler and Purtell sealed the win.
The Thunder sit in second after wins over Temora and Brothers plus a draw with Gundagai to start the season.
They tackle struggling Junee next Sunday.
