A junior world champion on the track, Quick was the most consistent performers at the Tolland Open over the weekend.
The 19-year-old finished third in the 90km race on Saturday before finishing too strong for his rivals in the 72km affair on Sunday.
Scratch riders got the cash in both days of the event worth $20,000.
Mudgee's Ayden Toovey, coming off a green jersey win in the Sun Tour, won the bunch sprint on Saturday from Canberra's Jay Vine with Quick finishing third.
However when the scratch group caught up in the final 800 metres on Sunday, this time it was Quick who powered his way to victory.
The Queenslander was pleased with his efforts in his first visit to the city.
"It was a really good weekend," Quick said.
"The circuit and the competition was really good, there were some really strong boys there which always makes it hard.
"With the frontmarkers' handicap 25 minutes up the road you have to ride full gas until you catch them real."
The scratch riders caught the main field with around seven kilometres to ride on Saturday but it was a much tighter race to finish in the shortened event the following day.
Quick beat Wagga's Myles Stewart in the fast finish on Sunday.
He stopped the clock in one hour 29 minutes and 43 seconds with Toovey taking one hour 54 minutes and 29 seconds to complete an extra lap of the Ladysmith circuit.
Wagga is part of a transition season for Quick who claimed gold in the madison at the junior world championships in Switzerland last year.
He also finished with bronze in the omnium and team pursuit but has stepped into a different age bracket this season.
While most of his best performances have been on the track, the 19-year-old from Brisbane is just as happy on the road.
Meanwhile Illawarra pair Chloe Heffernan and Tahlia Dole took out the spoils as the fastest women.
Heffernan was the first female across the line on Saturday but had to settle for second behind Dole on Sunday.
