Over the summer, a winner was drawn each week with a series of smaller prizes to choose from, and the competition received more than 3500 entries through Instagram.
General manager of Destination Riverina Murray Richie Robinson said the competition was tight.
“We had some amazing entries that were really high quality,” he said.
“It successfully encouraged people to showcase their favourite places around the region and we’ll hopefully see some more travel now or next summer when people are keen on reproducing images they’ve seen.”
The final prize will be drawn in the next few weeks for the main winners and runner-up entries.
