Heywood has nominated last-start Moruya Town Plate winner Fermanagh Lad and Class Clown for feature races at both Cowra and Moruya.
Class Clown is nominated for Sunday’s $35,000 Cowra Cup (1700m) and Monday’s $35,000 Narooma Cup (1650m).
Fermanagh Lad is nominated for the $28,000 Cowra Japan Cup (1200m) as well as the $27,000 Narooma Town Plate (1300m).
Fermanagh Lad returned to winning form with an all-the-way win in the Moruya feature sprint last start, while Class Clown was a winner of the Ted Ryder Cup Prelude three starts back.
He then ran second in the main event behind Spunlago.
Heywood said he is in two minds about which option to take with both horses and will wait until the weights are out later in the week.
