Details of the 29-year-old’s injuries have been released with Angland suffering a fracture and dislocation of the spine, which has since been stabilised and realigned.
Doctors advise the long-term prognosis are hard to diagnose in the early stages but there remains a likelihood of Angland’s outcome being quadriplegic.
Wife Erin, and the couple’s three children Alexis, Addison and Rylan, have been overwhelmed by the support they have received and thanked everyone who has reached out to them, but requested privacy as they deal with the situation.
