Hall was picked up at the national draft and will represent ACT in the under 17s titles in West Beach, South Australia next week.
The Turvey Park pitcher is excited for what lies ahead.
“It’s really excited to get the opportunity to go over there and play the top level,” Hall said.
“It’s the highest I’ve been before so I’m pretty nervous to see how I go but I’ve been doing a bit of training so hopefully I go well.”
Hall has been part of NSW Country sides at an under 15s level, plus represented NSW CCC opens for the past two years, but expects a tougher test in the older age group.
Hall has been selected at pitcher for the seven-day tournament which kicks off on January 5.
The Mater Dei student has been preparing for a challenging experience.
“I know it is going to be tough,” Hall said.
“There is a lot of good players there but hopefully we do well and can come away with a few wins.”
The 16-year-old will be eligible to compete at the same level next year with a change in age group to under 18s.
Her rep nod is part of a large Wagga contingent showing their skills at a higher level.
Four Wagga girls have been selected in the NSW Country under 15s side for the regional championship in Mirrabooka, Western Australia.
Sophie Gooden, Charli Hall, Leila Wadley and Jess Wendt have all been selected for the tournament which is aimed at being a stepping stone for further representative honours.
Wagga is also well represented in the under 15s boys squad for their regionals, which will be played in Canberra.
