That’s what Ken McPherson, Kylie Baker, Jimmy Kennedy and Dan Kennedy are going to find out next month and all in the name of a good cause.
The foursome have decided to take up Cancer Council’s Longest Day of Golf challenge at Wagga City Golf Club.
First thing on Monday morning, December 17, the group will take to the fairways of the City Club in a bid to play four rounds in the one day.
“I saw it on Facebook and rang and enquired about it,” McPherson explained.
“They wanted to challenge everyone around Australia and I thought why not give it a go and see what eventuates from there.”
McPherson said the group plans to play a different style of golf each round, from stroke to stableford and two ball best ball.
“We’ll play four different styles to try and make it pretty quick and get through in time,” he said.
The group has set a goal of raising $3000 for the Cancer Council but McPherson would love to reach $5000.
They have a donation page up and running that can be accessed via Riverina Terrazzo - 72 Hole Golf Challenge on Facebook.
Riverina Terrazzo & Carpet Call and Wagga City Golf Club have already thrown their support behind the fundraiser.
