The Wantabadgery wonder was unsuccessful in his appeal on Friday morning.
Angland copped a four-meeting suspension for careless riding in last Saturday’s group one Spring Champion Stakes.
Angland had the grading dropped from medium to low range interference and they reduced the penalty from 4.5 to 3.9 meetings, which did not change the four-meeting suspension.
Ace High provided Angland with the biggest win of his career in last year’s Victoria Derby.
Damian Oliver now takes the ride in the $5 million Caulfield Cup.
