Jake Ploenges has endured an injury-riddled season but enjoyed a 30-minute cameo against Tolland after overcoming his most recent hamstring complaint.
Now, the premiership-winner Hawk says he’s raring to go.

The striker will form a three-pronged attack with Henwood Park coach Ryan McKenzie and Lachlan Davis as the Hawks look to emulate the 6-0 shellacking they handed to Young the last time they met.
“I think I’ll probably play up front and we’ll have Ryan on the right wing and Lachie on the left,” Ploenges said.
“I’m definitely looking to play a full 90 minutes in the semi final.”
Young and Henwood Park have won one game apiece so far this season.
