The Cherrypickers moved off the bottom of the ladder with the 36-12 win over the second placed Wagga side.
Brothers went into the clash without six of their best players and struggled to contain the Cherrypickers.
After a horror start to the season, captain-coach James Woolford was pleased to get another win on the board.
“The last few weeks have been really rewarding for us as a group,” Woolford said.
“We’ve just enjoyed our football, haven’t had any pressure on us and just gone out there and had a bit of fun with each other.”
However it’s not all good news for the Cherrypickers with Woolford, who won’t coach next season, re-injuring his arm in the win after suffering a bad break earlier in the year.
“It’s looks like the bone has moved where the plate is,” Woolford said.
“I haven’t had any luck this year at all, but it feels like it is in a different spot.”
