Nicholas Tsipiras was issued a red card after receiving two yellow cards during the Wolves’ shock 2-all draw with the Strikers in round 12 and was subsequently handed a seven-week suspension due to an accumulation of six yellow cards.
Defender Jason Cuttle will also be restricted to water duties during Sunday night’s showdown at Rawlings Park against seventh-placed United after receiving his third yellow card of the year against Cootamundra.
“We’ve just had no luck over the past few weeks,” Tolland skipper Daniel Lawrence said.
Alongside Tsipiras, Cuttle is one of twelve players in the Pascoe Cup competition to receive three or more yellow cards this season.
Fellow Wolves Richard Skidmore and Cameron Kopp also feature in that list, with Tolland ranking second in the competition for cards issued behind the Strikers.
