Aside from looking after customers and generating top-quality repairs, the team at Ken Morley Smash Repairs focus on looking after their staff.
The small family business feel has been kept alive and strong within the business while it has been growing.
When Pat Morley took over the business from his dad, Ken, in 2014 there were only seven staff.
Today the business has more than 20 staff but the same care and close knit feeling between staff is still just as strong.
Head painter Mitch Wilesmith started with the business as an apprentice nine years ago.
Mr Wilesmith said all staff know each other well and knew each other's family.
Everyone's close and everyone looks out for each other.

This caring vibe generates a great working environment where staff are able to complete their best work.
For Mr Wilesmith job satisfaction is one of the best parts of his role.
“Seeing a job finished and being satisfied with what you’ve done is great,” he said.
“Helping apprentices and seeing them do well is a great part of my work.”
The hard work of all the dedicated staff certainly wasn’t forgotten during the upgrade.
A gym, pool table, darts board, table tennis table, kitchen, meals area, lounge, TV and bar have all been included in the staff area for breaks. It isn’t unusual for staff to be with the business for five, eight or 10 plus years.
“It comes down to treating staff right,” office manager and Pat’s sister Jacinta Morley said.
