The Murrumbidgee Local Health District has declared the William Farrer Hotel as a location of concern with 14 people testing positive for COVID-19 after visiting the venue.

A person carrying the virus is believed to have attended the popular venue on Peter Street around 7.30pm on Saturday, December 18.
480 patrons were checked in via QR codes around the same time with 14 testing positive as of 4.00pm on Friday afternoon.
All individuals known to have attended the venue have been contacted by Service NSW via SMS and asked to monitor for symptoms.
If you visited William Farrer after 7.30 on Saturday evening and are experiencing even the mildest COVID-19 symptoms, the MLHD is advising that you isolate immediately and come forward for testing.
Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, sore throat, cough, headache, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches or pains, and a change in taste or smell.
Testing is available at the MLHD Testing Clinic 84 - 86 Murray Street in Wagga Wagga from 9.00am until noon on Saturday 25 and Tuesday December 28, and 9.00am until 4.00pm on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 December.
