The Blues extended their winning run with a 83-run over Kooringal Colts at Harris Park on Saturday.
Moving into opener, Jake Scott continued his bright start to the season to top score with 86.
After a 7-run run partnership with Blake Harper (27), the young gun and Blues captain Luke Gerhard (60) put on a further 81 to really have the premiers on top.
Gerhard continues to be impressed with Scott's adaptability.
"Jake was the anchor of our innings, batted right through, built some partnerships throughout and it just shows where he is with cricket," Gerhard said.
"He's taken that next step up and has been good for us this year. Nothing seems to bother him and he's just a quality batter."
Hamish Starr kept Colts in the contest by not only breaking the big partnership before running through the middle to lower order.
He finished with 6-33 of his 10 overs as the Blues were bowled out for 208.
Despite a bright start from Alex Smith (42) Kooringal once again struggled with the bat.
Each of seven Blues bowlers all picked up a least one wicket.
With Alex Smeeth on the sidelines, Gerhard was impressed with how some of their younger talent stepped up.
"Our young guys stood up with the ball," he said.
"Jed Guthrie got a nice rhythm and Patty Cooke in his debut bowled really well as well."
The loss keeps last year's grand finalists winless to start the season
