After a rain-interrupted start, Colts are looking to reverse the result from their opening game, and last season's grand final, up against South Wagga at Harris Park on Saturday.
After being bowled out for 130, captain Keenan Hanigan is looking for better application with the bat this time around.
"I think our bowling is ok at the moment, and we've got plenty of depth there, so where we need to improve is our batting," Hanigan said.
"It's all about strengthening our batting line up and batting low."
Four of their top five made at least 20 last week, but none made it past 30. Capitalising on any start is something Hanigan wants to see more of.
Nathanael Mooney will come in at the top of the order after being unavailable for their first two matches.
Shaun Smith is also back from representative honours with Daniel Perri and Harrison Starr out.
