The event was due to be held last weekend, but poor weather and a few absentees prompted the club to wait until this Saturday for the event, to be held at Big Springs.
A time trial and road race will be on the schedule.
"We'd already postponed it by a couple of months due to COVID, so another week won't hurt too much," club coach Cameron Oke said.
"With the wet weather and a few kids racing in other events, it was just easier to pull the pin."
The fifth and final stage of the Tour de Riverina, which was originally scheduled to take place at Griffith earlier this year, will be hosted by Tolland Cycling Club at Uranquinty this Sunday.

"We don't get a substantial amount of riders (to the club championships) from other clubs, so we'll have it on Saturday and if others show up that's great," Oke said.
A handful of Wagga Cycling Club juniors also returned strong results at events over the weekend.
At the Central West Track Open at Bathurst, which also incorporated the Country Championships, Lexie Phillips performed strongly in her first year at under-15 level.
She finished third overall after picking up silver in the scratch race and bronze in the time trial and sprint.
