Tuckett reigned supreme in his first year at Wagga City Golf Club, claiming a three-shot victory in a rain-soaked final weekend.
Tuckett entered the final weekend with a three-shot lead but the third round on Saturday was washed out due to the unplayable nature of the course.
Tuckett (226) then overcame a shaky start to the final round to hold on for a comfortable victory.
A fast-finishing Jeremy Whalan (229) closed for second with a final round one-under 71, while Heath Russell and Mick Hazell finished third and fourth respectively.
It was Tuckett's first club championships after moving to Wagga City as a greenkeeper this year.
After a number of close misses at Wagga Country Club in the past decade, Tuckett was thrilled to land a win.
"It's good. I've played most of my golf at the Country Club since I've been here the last 10 years and missed out there," Tuckett said.
"I'm a greenkeeper here now so I thought I'd play my golf here. I played in a lot of seeded groups at the Country Club, playing against guys like Bart Carroll, Luke Chisholm and Jarrod Meacham so it feels good to win.
"There's a very good field of golfers out there, and there's some good golfers in their own right at City, so it feels good to get one over the line finally."

Tuckett made a couple of bogies early in Sunday's final as Russell closed within one shot.
The 32-year-old then steadied with a couple of birdies at five and seven to turn square and with a two-shot lead.
It was as close as his rivals got, despite Whalan's late charge, as he held a three-shot buffer for most of the back nine.
"The first few holes I was a little bit nervous. It got close," Tuckett recalled.
"I had a couple of birdies at five and seven which steadied the ship."
Tuckett was happy with his form leading into the event and went in with confidence. He even was able to get used to some new clubs in time for the championships.
"I have been playing well. I got new clubs a couple of weeks ago. I wasn't sure if it was good timing but it worked out well," he said.
Originally from Leeton, Tuckett is enjoying his time at Wagga City.
"It's going good, I'm really enjoying it. It's been a bit of a change," he said.
"There was an opportunity out here with a bit of a leadership role and things are going really good. It's really enjoyable."
Bob Alexander took out the A grade nett with 221, from Marcus Chittick on 224.
Darryl Pellow (259) won B grade scratch, with Eddie Wall (287) taking out C grade.
