Reynolds' outstanding season, injecting himself off half-back, was recognised when he edged out star forward James Lawton (78 goals in 14 games) at the club's presentation function.
"Jack had an outstanding year and was a deserving winner," Lenon said.
"He was good most of the year and I think in two of his last three games he was best man on the ground."

Reynolds' younger brother Harry was among the top half-dozen vote winners and went home with the club's most consistent award.
Ruckman Nick Molkentin finished third, continuing his own record of remarkable consistency at the club after he finished second last season (2019) and won players' player in their premiership year of 2018.
Midfielder Chris O'Donnell was this year's players' player while rising star Blake Walker was most improved and first-year full-back Liam James won the coach's award.
Young netballer Ruby Ceeney completed a marvellous double, winning best-and-fairest in both under 17s and B-grade.
Sophie McRae won the A grade netball best-and-fairest (from Tara Taylor) and was players' player. McRae also won the b-and-f in 2018.
Life membership was bestowed on Marrar icon Danny Malone while hard-working administrator Cathie Fox was Bomber of the Year.
