In the first meeting participants from outside the region were able to be part of since August, the Bathurst trainer had the power of numbers Friday's feature.
In the end it was his two youngest children who were left to fight out the finish.
It was the ladies who came out on top with daughter Amanda claiming victory with Myra Dawn.
The little mare held off stablemate Firestorm Red to win by 1.6 metres.
It was the second straight placing in West Wyalong's feature race for Firestorm Red after a third behind Major Roll last year.
Myra Dawn was also a winner at the club's Carnival Of Cups meeting last year.
The win takes her past the $150,000 in career earnings.
While the youngest of the Turnbull clan, Mitch, had to settle for second in the cup he didn't go home empty handed.
Earlier in the day he arrived just in time as Im Desirable edged out Defiant and Goodtime Junior.
Only a half head separated the trio with a dead heat for second.
Mirrool horseman Stephen Maguire also scored a double on the eight-race card.
First he drove Better Than Grange to victory for Goulburn trainer Neil Day.
He then took out the other feature of the day as two-year-old Noble Trick defied his older rivals in the SJC Contracting Pacers Final (2140m).
After winning his heat last week, Noble Trick had too much left in reserve after being able to lead the field to go on to win by 4.9 metres.
Noble Trick made it three wins from eight starts after snapping a five-race unplaced streak.
The Carnival Of Cups circuit now moves to Griffith with two heats of their cup to be run on Tuesday before the final next Saturday.
