Department of Regional NSW secretary Gary Barnes is due to make his second appearance as a witness at the current round of hearings, following a session on Friday last week
On Tuesday, Ms Berejiklian's former chief of staff agreed with ICAC that she was "lied to" by the premier in 2018 when she disclosed a relationship with former Wagga MP Daryl Maguire but claimed it was already over.
Ms Berejiklian has denied any wrongdoing, saying that she acted with integrity at all times, and is due to appear on Friday this week and Monday next week.
