The eEdition, a virtual copy of the newspaper, can be downloaded to a personal computer, laptop or tablet, every morning from 6am and contains the same content and coverage published in the traditional newspaper.
The interactive paper appears similar to a PDF copy, where readers are able to flick through the colour pages at leisure without having to battle for table space over breakfast or compete with the unruly wind to keep the pages in order.
Unlike the printed form, the eEdition can be accessed from anywhere around the world, at any time of the day.
General manager of The Daily Advertiser Gary Olson is thrilled with the newest product and hopes readers continue to connect with Wagga’s daily newspaper.
“The development of digital formats has certainly boosted our readership which is great news for our advertisers and community groups who use us to communicate with the community,” he said.
“Although we have had only a soft launch of the e-newspaper, we are confident this will become very popular.”
