Sharman kicked four goals in St Kilda's 58-point win over Fremantle at Blundstone Arena in Tasmania.
It was the best of his five AFL appearances to date, amassing 15 disposals, six marks and earning high praise for a commanding performance.
Some of that high praise came from his St Kilda captain Jack Steele after the game.
"We obviously got him in the mid-season bye, he played pretty quickly and hasn't had a bad game since," Steele told Fox Footy after the game.
"He's always popped up and kicked a couple, which is nice."
Sharman finishes his first AFL season with 10 goals from five official AFL games, but he never got on the field as the sub in his debut.

His four-goal performance to finish the season came just a couple of days after the Saints rewarded him with a two-year contract extension.
St Kilda head of list management James Gallagher was happy to lock Sharman in after picking him up in the mid-season draft.
"From a very limited preparation, Cooper has made a great start to his AFL career," Gallagher told the Saints' website.
"He's a really humble kid who has an excellent football brain, so we're very happy to extend his contract at St Kilda."
