About 8.30am on Friday, officers attached to the Southern Region Enforcement Squad, Lockhart Police and the Riverina Police District attended an address in Green Street, Lockhart.
Following investigations, police executed a search warrant at the location.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Police said 102 grams of cannabis, a flick knife, and a small number of fireworks were found during the search.
The 48-year-old man occupant will be issued with court attendance notices to appear at Wagga Local Court.
Police are urging anyone aware of illegal activity in their neighbourhood to contact the local police station or make an anonymous report through Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
