Riverina participants are now only able to race in the region.
However trainers who are located in the southern part of the Metropolitan region currently not subject to specific lockdown order, which includes Goulburn and Exeter, have been reclassified to the Riverina.
It means Riverina participants will also be able to race at Goulburn on Monday.
It was planned for regionalisation to be brought in on Wednesday but that was changed to Monday which saw a number of races badly affected at Young on Tuesday.
The seven-day lockdown also means Friday's meeting at Wagga will be conducted without crowds.
