John Shawky's Finley pharmacy was among 22 across rural and regional NSW which were given approval to administer the AstraZeneca vaccine to those aged 60 and above.
Mr Shawky had predicted there would be little interest from residents in the town as those eligible for the vaccination had already had months to get the shot through their GP.
"Most of them are already vaccinated by the doctors, because the rollout from GP's in this area was April," he said.
"I'm not surprised."
He said he was frustrated.
"I've done my training, I've done everything and now there's no interest," he said.
"If we had the Pfizer in store I would have had a line up by now."
IN OTHER NEWS:
Mr Shawky said at another pharmacy he owned in the New England area, customers had been asking about receiving Pfizer.
"'Do you guys stock the Pfizer vaccine? Are you guys gonna give the Pfizer vaccine?'," he said.
"Some people want to get the vaccines, but there is not easy access.
"If they want to get it through their doctors there is a big waiting line, and to be honest, I don't know how much of the Pfizer vaccine we have in the country as well."
Albury Wodonga Health, Alpine Health and Numurkah Cobram Nathalia Health have secured more Pfizer doses this week.
