The second-placed Lions (11-1) led by just a point at half-time but piled on five goals to one after the break in tough conditions.
Small forward Kai Watts continued his strong from with a best-on-ground display, while the Crows were missing coach and midfield prime mover Sam Darley.
The Lions now have a chance to exact revenge on the Goannas when they meet at Ganmain Sportsground on Saturday.
Unbeaten MCUE were too strong in round five, registering a 49-point win with prolific forward Trent Castles booting nine of the visitors' 14 goals.
The Lions will be without their big forward in Riley Corbett who suffered a quad injury in the warm-up before last week's win over Collingullie-Glenfield Park.
