Emergency services were called to Castlereagh Ave just before 1.30pm on Monday to reports someone had been struck.
"A lady in her fifties was struck by a car," a NSW Ambulance spokesperson said.
"Reports of hip pain, minor head and elbow injury. She's been taken to Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition."

In a separate incident, an elderly man died in hospital after being hit by a car at a Wagga pedestrian crossing on June 17.
Police were called to Bourke Street, Tolland, after reports a Mitsubishi Triton had hit a pedestrian.
An 83-year-old man suffered a fractured pelvis and facial injuries and later airlifted to St George Hospital for further treatment but succumbed to his injuries and died just after 5pm on June 24.
