The Wagga outfit took a 26-24 win when the teams met in round two this season.
Jones is in his second game back from a shoulder issue for the rematch at Twickenham on Saturday.
The 24-year-old missed a month after sustaining a hairline fracture in the top of his humerus and torn his labrum.
However coach Simon Woolford was thrilled with how he was able to control things when returning in the 36-10 win over Brothers last week.
Jones is looking for another good showing up against the ladder leaders.
"It should be good and we definitely have the team to do it," Jones said.

Jones and Luke Ingram made the switch to Kangaroos this season after playing together at Bombala.
Ingram is no stranger to the competition, having played with Albury in 2019, but Jones has enjoyed the added challenge.
"It's definitely a lot better quality of football and that is why I came here - to try and better myself," he said. "It's a good comp and all the teams are very close which is good."
Kangaroos will welcome back Craig Field for the clash after he missed last week's win over Brothers.
The lock has been one of the club's best this season and Woolford is looking for him to play his part in the big task of coming up against the Blues forward pack.
"He'll add something more to our middles that's for sure," Woolford said.
"That is their strength (Tumut) and we had a bit of success against them earlier in the year but they've improved since then.
"So have we but there is no secret they rely heavily on their forwards so we need to do a good job against them.
"If you look at our games recently Luke (Ingram) and Brayden (Sharrock) are playing as good as any other middles in the comp at the moment so I've got confidence our middles can match theirs."
Kangaroos sit in fifth, two wins clear of Temora Albury and now only point differential has them below Gundagai on the ladder.
After a second half fadeout against Young, where they conceded 30 straight points to fall 36-22, the Wagga side have picked up wins against teams below them on the ladder.
Woolford is hoping reducing their errors can lead to success at the top sides.
"We've seen some incremental improvement but we are still searching for that 80-minute performance," he said.
"Last week was as close as we've come to that but there are still some things in our game we need to fix."
