After playing with Brothers last season, and Southcity the year before that, Little has linked with the fifth-placed side.
Coach Simon Woolford elected for patience after Little made the switch to the club.
However he is looking forward to having him slot into the centres for the clash at Greenfield Park.
"He's been training with us for a month now as we didn't want to rush him," Woolford said.
"He's ready to go and I'm sure he's going to add plenty to our team."
Kangaroos also welcome back Luke Ingram, Simione Naiduki and Ritchie Herangi to the side after conceding 30 unanswered points to fall to Young before the bye.
Woolford expects they will be a big boost.

He's also tinkered with the halves combination after naming James Strickland at five-eighth and Dakota Ruta on the bench.
Consistency is an area Woolford is looking to improve on.
"We've been a little inconsistent in our games so I think it is time to have a bit of a play with our spine," he said.
"I'm not quite getting what I need to get out of them at this stage.
"As long as everyone is good, fit and ready to go there will be a change there."
Kangaroos are level on wins with Albury heading into the clash.
Woolford isn't worried about the ladder, but wants to see the club take a step forward.
"It's the halfway mark so we need to start finding some consistency and not just playing 30 or 40 minutes," he said.
"We need to be starting to put 80 together as we can't keep turning up and saying 'it's only early on, we'll get better' it is time to make a move now.
"We need to find that consistency and hopefully that is going to start this week.
"Albury have improved, they did have a slow start to the year, but are going to be hard to beat down there.
"We need to make sure we go there with a good attitude and that we improve."
Albury have only had two games at Greenfield Park to start the season.
The first was a 54-10 thrashing by Young to start the season before upsetting premiers Gundagai on May 1.
However they've won two of their last three games, both against Brothers, to put pressure on a top five berth.
The Thunder are set to be without captain-coach Adrian Purtell after their 30-12 win before the general bye but welcome back front rower Brad Hill.
