Nick Madden (Osborne), Luke Lawrence (MCUE), Harry Rowston (Griffith), Angus Curry (Turvey Park), Nicholas Newton (Henty) and Taine Moraschi (Griffith) were included in the squad this week, which will play two matches in Queensland, beginning with Northern Territory on July 5.
"They're very talented players but now they get to compare themselves with the best in the country, not just the region," head of GWS Giants Academy Cameron Bernasconi said.
"It's an eye opener to see how you're stacking up against the best same-age players in the country.
"For a week they learn how it's like to train, recover, prepare and watch film. A chance to learn some high performance habits but show what they can do on the big stage as well."
