Rabici scored a hat-trick in third grade earlier this month but won't take on Griffith at Exies Oval.
The Southern Inland representative linked with Canberra outfit Royals this season and coach Ben Schreiber doesn't have him in his plans at this stage.
"I'm not too sure what is happening with Noa as he was down in Canberra with the Royals and I'm not too sure how long he is here for and whether it is permanent," Schreiber said.
However Schreiber has made one change to the team who thrashed Ag College 55-0 before the bye with Nathan Seymour set to miss the clash.
With Seymour out, Darryl Hemopo comes into hooker with Adam Mokotupu and Tom Blanch in the front row.
Griffith have won their last three games and back on their home turf Schreiber expects them to be a big test.
"We're looking forward to the challenge and hopefully we travel well," he said.
"Traditionally they do really well at home and have some size right across the park.
"Hopefully we can keep on building and play a bit more eyes up football as with those bigger bodies I don't really want us running into the teeth of them."

Meanwhile Tumut forward Timoci Qoro Nasisala is free to tackle Waratahs at Conolly Rugby Complex on Saturday after having his red card expunged by the Southern Inland judiciary on Wednesday night.
Nasisala was given his marching orders for a high shot on Pat Prest.
However the judiciary didn't believe it was a red card worthy offence and removed the incident from his record.
Bulls teammate Oliver Toma wasn't as lucky after also being red carded in the 41-5 victory.
He will miss the next three weeks after being found guilty of a mid range high tackle on Dean Smart.
Toma will be free to return to play in for the Bulls' clash with Wagga City on June 19.
Both sides have won three of their four games this season.
