The club has put on record prizemoney for this year's feature, the $33,785 Ladbrokes Graeme Hull Memorial Cup (525m).
The winner will go home with $25,000, while there is strong prizemoney across the board in what is expected to be one of the best nights of greyhound racing in the city's history.
Wagga and District Greyhound Racing Club secretary-manager John Patton expects the racing to be first class.
"We hope it's going to be one of the biggest nights we've had," Patton said.
"We've got $25,000 to the winner in the Cup, along with good money for second and third. We've got good prizemoney for all of the supporting races as well. There is a good spread across the board.
"Hopefully people come along to see some of the best dogs we've had race at Wagga."
While proud of the racing that will be on show, the club has a lot organised off the track in a bid to get new people along.

Among the off-track action on Friday night is live entertainment by Madi & Declan.
There is face painting and a jumping castle for the kids, as well as a lucky gate prize and monster raffle.
There will also be running races and relays hosted by Wagga Mapgies in memory of the late Geoff Honey.
Patton wants to showcase greyhound racing to new people.
"We want people to see what we do and what greyhound racing is about," he said.
"It's been a tough couple of years but what people don't realise is what happens behind the scenes, they only hear what happens. The club is always trying to promote greyhound racing 100 per cent and we don't tolerate the mistreatment of any animals."
As well as the Cup, the night will feature the $4500 Wayne 'Butch' Menz Memorial Final (400m) and the $2950 Men Of League Agro 1-4 Win Final (320m).
A $3750 Cup consolation will also be held.
The 11-race TAB card gets underway with the first at 7.06pm.
