Last year's breathtaking grand final victory is now all but a distant memory after their latest defeat, a 6-1 loss to second-placed Queanbeyan City away from home on Saturday.
The Wanderers trailed 2-0 at half-time and were unable to improve things in the second half before eventually going down 6-1.
The Wanderers sit at the bottom of the NPL Two table ahead of another trip to Canberra on Saturday to meet third-placed Canberra White Eagles.
In more positive news, the Wanderers' under 23 team were able to snare a 2-2 draw with Queanbeyan City.
The Wanderers led 2-0 at half-time but two goals in the space of three minutes from the home team quickly levelled things up.
