The legendary Sydney horsewoman added to her impressive carnival record with wins in the $80,000 JRL Electrical Services MTC Guineas (1600m) and the $75,000 Byrnes Trailers Queen of the South (1400m).
Splendiferous ($1.75) kicked their day off with an arrogant win in the Queen of the South, before the lightly-raced Maranoa ($2.30) made it a double with victory in the MTC Guineas.
Nash Rawiller hardly moved a muscle on Splendiferous until the 200 metre mark when he hit go and dashed clear for the easiest of two-length victories.
Waterhouse and Bott will now send the filly straight to Queensland for a crack at the Oaks.
"Wasn't that pretty to watch?" stable representative Neil Payne said.
"I've already been on the phone to Gai and Adrian, they've already rang up and Adrian said they've got that high opinion of her, we're going straight to the Oaks in Queensland. Straight to the Oaks.
"She can gallop, don't worry about that. And don't forget, a three-year-old filly in a race where she carried 61 kilos. I know the Oaks in Queensland is a tough race but Adrian thinks she is right up to it."
Splendiferous, owned by Australian Turf Club director Angela McSweeney, defeated the Chris Heywood-trained Thuwaany ($71) and Temoin Chaud ($8.00).
Rawiller had high praise for the filly after posting her third straight win.
"She's a lovely filly. I think she's been really cleverly placed by Gai just to give her confidence," Rawiller said.
"You could see there early in her career she put in a few duck eggs and it was because she had a few little issues where she was hitting herself behind and I think that was causing her to lose a lot of confidence so we hadn't really saw the best of her until she's come back this time in after a break.
"To come to a lovely big track like this and win like a trial, it's going to be the makings of her later on. She's getting more confident now and I think she's got a big future."
Rawiller thinks Splendiferous could be competitive in a Queensland Oaks.
"She would. Once again, a big track, it's generally at Eagle Farm, that's a bit of a help to her so she can really get balanced," he said.
"I've got a lot of time for the horse, I think she could definitely go up there and be very competitive."
Jean Van Overmeire piloted Maranoa to victory, letting him run along and rating him to perfection. Go Troppo ($17) ran second, with Arctic Thunder ($21) third.
"We think he's a nice horse," Payne said of Maranoa.
"We brought him down for a couple of reasons. The trip away, just to harden him up. Ability wise ,we weren't worried about it, he's a big baby.
"He'll race in group races."
