Rogers has been offered a one-game suspension, pending an early guilty plea, for a striking report from last Saturday's 71-point loss to Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong.
Rogers was reported and yellow carded for striking GGGM's Matt Hamblin in the third quarter.
The strike was assessed as intentional, low impact and high contact. He can accept a one-game suspension with an early guilty plea, or choose to contest the charge at the independent tribunal.
The Demons have until 4pm on Tuesday to notify AFL Riverina of their decision.
If he accepts the offer, Rogers will miss Sunday's clash against the winless Eagles at Narrandera Sportsground.
The game has been switched to Sunday due to Narrandera Sportsground being unavailable on Saturday, when the game was originally scheduled.
