My Ultimate Byron rocketed to victory in the $125,000 APG Gold Bullion Final.
In an ultra impressive performance, My Ultimate Byron clocked an opening quarter of 25.4 seconds but still had plenty left in the tank.
He went on to win by 13.1 metres in a mile rate of 1:52.4.
Alcin was thrilled with the performance.
"The most pleasing thing was on the line Cam said he hit the line as good as he was halfway down the straight ," Alchin said.
"It took him 200 metres to pull him up after the race as he said he just feels so strong.
"Although he's got speed he said he just feels so strong.
"We haven't got to the bottom of him yet."
My Ultimate Byron is headed for a spell before the NSW Breeders Challenge.
Alchin is set to go head-to-head with father-in-law Ray Walker in the series, who won the Bathurst Gold Crown with Mister Rea.
"They are both nice horses so hopefully they can have a good couple of battles," Alchin said.
It was Alchin's third group one while Hart didn't have to wait long for his second after scoring his first at Riverina Paceway earlier this month.
Former Uranquinty trainer Russell Jack took out the fillies edition of the series with his Bathurst Gold Tiara runner-up Captains Queen.
She has now won four of her five starts since kicking off her career at Albury.

A winner of three of his five starts for David Kennedy, the five-year-old qualified with a win in his heat at Coolamon earlier this month.
