Hodge scored a hat-trick as part of a lethal display from the Bulls' right edge in the 50-0 win over Brothers at Equex Centre on Saturday.
While Hodge snared a treble, his second in as many games this season, winger Daniel Foley landed a double outside him while Latrell Siegwalt and Brody Tracey also joined in on the fun.
"The boys have made some quick combinations out on that right edge," Southcity captain-coach Nathan Rose said.
"But it was credit to our middles who really opened things up for the blokes on the edges.
"There were plenty of points out there to be scored."
Rose and Siegwalt also claimed doubles as Southcity scored their second big win to start the season.

After a 62-12 win over Albury to start their campaign last week, Rose was again pleased with the performance the Bulls put on.
"It wasn't a bad win," Rose said.
"We were a bit scrappy in patches but the pleasing thing was we didn't leak any points.
"That was the big thing moving forward."
After kicking nine from nine conversion attempts last week, Siegwalt got off to a shaky start with the boot as Southcity's first four tries, all scored on the right edge, went unconverted.
It gave them a 16-0 get at half-time before they really ramped things up in the second stanza.
"We probably let them off the hook a fair bit in that first half when we had them on the ropes," Rose said.
"We let them off easily with silly penalties and our own errors but we will fix that up going forward."
Hodge is one of six Riverina players selected to play for Country on May 16.
However Gundagai hooker James Luff has since injured his ankle and is unable to take his place.
It will see Hodge miss Southcity's clash with fellow undefeated outfit Young but first the Bulls tackle Kangaroos on Saturday.
Rose expects their other crosstown rivals will provide a bigger test.
"I haven't been to any games but from the outside looking in Roos have had a few good wins there so we will have to be on our A game next week," he said.
One bonus is Southcity did not pick up any injury concerns from their big win.
Meanwhile Brothers will be looking to hit back from another big defeat when they travel to face Temora on Sunday.
Brothers have lost all three of their games so far this season.
