The markets are held at Apex Park on Lake Albert and run from 9am to 1pm, with entertainment including a jumping castle for the kids and plenty of local buys to treat mum.
Stallholders include charities CanAssist raising funds for those living with cancer, Golden Oldies animal rescue and 772 Clothing as well as local producers Tumerix, Elm Road Honey, Sally's Sweet Treats, Rustique Lavender Farm and many more.
Mr Wallace said the community is thrilled to be back after last year's hiatus, the first break for the markets in 13 years.
"It's exciting to have it back, I enjoy and so do the stallholder and the community, it's a fun day out for everyone," Mr Wallace said. "I think it was great to have a break because we were itching to get back."
COVID precautions including QR codes and hand sanitiser will be on site, promising a fun and safe day out for the whole family.
