A NSW Ambulance Media spokesperson said the Triple Zero call was received just before 12pm on Wednesday, with reports that a caravan had flipped between Hay and Balranald.
"We had one crew on scene responding to a single car towing a caravan," the spokesperson said.
"It appears as though the caravan rolled behind the car."
The spokesperson said all those inside the vehicle managed to get out safely and uninjured, with no medical transport required.
