The GWS Giants on-baller was named in the midfield of the star-studded lineup at last night's W Awards.
A breakout 2020 season saw Parker named on the All-Australian interchange, but she took her game to another level in 2021 as the second-highest clearance winner in the competition.
Parker was named in the middle with Richmond's Monique Conti, Fremantle's Kiara Bowers (vice-captain), St Kilda's Georgia Patrikios, Collingwood's Brianna Davey (captain) and Carlton ruck Breann Mooney.
"Each year I definitely set goals for myself to improve, whether that be on-field or off-field, so being my third year I'm impressed with the goals I've been able to tick off," she told Fox Footy.
"The biggest key for me is this group of amazing players in front of me and the players I play alongside each week."
Parker also finished third in the AFLW best and fairest with 14 votes. She was just one behind joint winners, Collingwood's Bri Davey and Fremantle's Kiara Bowers.
