But after her coaching tenure began with a thrilling 31-30 win over one of the Riverina League's perennial heavyweights, the Crows may be one of the big improvers to watch this year.
The Tigers won three straight flags before Mangoplah-Cookardinia United-Eastlakes, who also won last year's Riverina Championships, ended their run in 2019.
Leeton-Whitton finished sixth in 2019 but sent an early statement finals are a realistic goal this year.

"It was really exciting. We haven't beaten them for a long time and the closest we've come is a draw the last few years," McCallum said.
"I think we were down about eight at one stage, so it was a good comeback which was what I was most happy about.
"It's helped increase our confidence a bit, but we're not getting ahead of ourselves after one game.
"I definitely think we've got a team that can be up there in finals. The Tigers team was essentially the same one they had in last year's grand final so I was a bit surprised, but thrilled for the girls."
The Crows have been boosted by the return of a few key players including Grace Korovata, Katie Clyne and Abbey Thomas.
Collingullie-Glenfield Park shared the points after playing out a 37-all thriller, while Ganmain-Grong Grong-Matong were too good for Narrandera 55-23.
Coolamon coach Claudia Barton was pleased with her side's 49-25 win over Turvey Park after taking last year off.
"I couldn't be happier with the girls, in the pre season we put in a lot of effort and they showed that," she said.
"Turvey were a really well drilled team and if we relaxed a little bit, they would have taken that opportunity. It was a tough game, the scoreline didn't reflect how hard we have to work.
"We have a pretty settled team and know how each other plays and being mates off the court really helps as well."
RESULTS: Collingullie-Glenfield Park 37 drew with Griffith 37; Leeton-Whitton 31 def Wagga Tigers 30, GGGM 55 def Narrandera 23, Coolamon 49 def Turvey Park 25
