After the biggest win of his career, the seven-year-old will go through the $100,000 in earnings barrier with more success at Riverina Paceway on Friday.
Flaneur dominated his rivals to win by 15 metres last time out.
From another good draw North Wagga owner-trainer Gary Lang is hoping the son of Bettors Delight can repeat the dose.
"It's taken a while but he's done a great job for me," Lang said.
"He's always been pretty handy but he draws bad a lot of the time and it has been a lot of his handicapping but when he gets the right draw and the right run he takes a bit of beating."
While it took Flaneur a long time to discover winning ways, the seven-year-old has now won 10 times in his 183 starts.
He's also been placed 51 times to bring his career earnings to over $98,000.
Four of his wins came last season while his most recent effort capped off a number of recent placings.
Flaneur had been placed in nine of his last 12 starts before being able to lead all the way last time out.
"Out of all his starts he's only ever led twice and to be honest I was a bit worried over that longer journey how we would handle being in front but I was very pleased with the way he moved around from them in the finish," Lang said.
"He's always struck that one a bit better than him in the last few starts.
"There's been a few horses been brought over from New Zealand and he's had to line up against them and they've just got a bit on him before they move out of his class.
"He's going pretty good."

Flaneur has drawn barrier 10 in the R H Blake Pace (1740m).
Blake Micallef retains the drive after scoring a big win on the gelding last time out.
From the trailing draw, Lang expects Flaneur will be close to the mark once more.
"I don't think he will be far away again," he said.
"I bought him as a three-year-old, he's seven now and has raced ever since.
"He's never been out for a spell or anything but he just loves racing and just tries every time he goes out and always does his best."
A top two finish will see Flaneur bring up six-figures earnings.
Lang also has Movin On Up engage across the eight races.
However unlike his stablemate he's yet to produce the goods on the track with three placings from 17 starts.
"He's one of those ones who don't give you much at times," Lang said.
"He's a bit of a non-trier and that's why I've been driving himself myself most of the time, although I do have Jack (Painting) on him.
"He's got ability and can work as good as the other little horse at home here but doesn't seem to want to do it at the races at the moment.
"Hopefully he might change his mind one day and do the right thing."
The first of eight races at Riverina Paceway is set down for 1.46pm.
