Nick Cornish will join older brother Mitch in the halves while Tyler will slot into fullback.
The moves see last season's captain Tom Bush and Matt Murray start off the bench.
Coach Nick Hall was looking to embrace the rich experiences the trio have playing together.
"We're going for the combination that is known and hopefully a bit of that backyard magic that can happen with brothers, cousins and friends and people who have played a lot of footy together," Hall said.
"Especially at the start of the year when combinations are everything but hard to call upon."
It leaves just two forwards, Kyle Richens and Jake Walker, on the bench but Hall isn't worried by the approach.
"There are a couple of backs and a couple of forwards but I've got the ability to switch things around," he said. "There are some big middles there."
