POLICE are investigating after reports of students being knocked off their bikes on their way to school by an individual driving a blue car.

Officers from Murray River Police District have commenced an investigation around the township of Finley after the first incident saw a nine-year-old boy abused by the driver of a blue Toyota as he was riding near McNamara and Coree Streets.
The boy was later knocked off his bike on Tocumwal Street Finley and suffered grazing to his leg.
A short time later at the intersection of Finley and Lewis Streets, a 10-year-old girl was riding her bike when it is alleged a blue car knocked her off her bike after hitting her in the rear tyre.
The girl suffered bruising as a result of the crash.
In a third incident, a nine-year-old girl was riding her bike to school on Wollamai Street when it is alleged a blue car knocked her off her bike, hitting her rear tyre. She suffered bruising to her side as a result of the crash.
The incidents were reported to police, who commenced an investigation, with officers believing the incidents are linked.
As investigations continue, police are appealing to anyone who might have been in the Finley area on Thursday morning and witnessed the incidents or has dash cam footage, to contact Finley Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
