A 12-year-old boy was last seen leaving a school in Culcairn about midday on Tuesday, and following an Amber Alert, he was located safe and well about 10pm on March 10 in Lake Macquarie.
A 36-year-old woman was arrested and taken to Belmont Police Station where she was charged with take/detain person with intent to obtain advantage (DV).

She was refused bail to appear at Newcastle Local Court today.
"Police would like to thank the public and members of the media for their assistance in relation to this matter," police said in a statement.
