A Transport for NSW spokesperson confirmed to The Daily Advertieser that a bus route has been "designed to date based on student demand and enrolments".
It is understood there is currently one bus that will run from the centre of Estella, but parents have shared their concerns that students in Gobbagombalin and Boorooma may be left off the service.

But the spokesperson has said the current bus route has been devised with "an indication of location of students seeking bus travel for the commencement of the term".
"[Transport for NSW] has worked with, and is continuing to work with, both the local bus operator and Estella public school in promoting the service and determining demand for the service," the spokesperson said.
"Communications and FAQs have been provided to the school, highlighting the requirement of School Student Transport Scheme enrolments for free bus travel.
"As student demand evolves over term 1, the dedicated bus route to Estella Public School will be reviewed as needed in order to promote a positive school and community outcome."
Under the current arrangements, students in kindergarten to year 2 will be given a free or subsidised bus pass no matter how far from the school they live.
Students in years 3 to 6 will be given bus pass provisions if they live in a minimum of 1.6km in a straight line from the school, or if they must walk more than 2.3km.
Temporary drop-off zones have been set up along Darnell Smith Drive while roadworks continue on Estella Road this week.
